Outside Sales Representative (W-2 + Benefits)

Tarps cover landscaping, vehicles get moved, and we set up equipment zones. Our crew removes old roofing materials if you’re replacing an existing roof, inspects and repairs the deck, and prepares the surface for new tiles.

What You’ll Do

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and CoStar cold calling
Close residential and commercial roofing contracts
Perform roof inspections (32′ ladder comfort required)
Attend insurance adjuster meetings
Manage leads using CRM tools (SalesRabbit, JobTread, CompanyCam)

What You Need

2-3 years of door-to-door sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms)
Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel with a ladder
Strong communication skills
Self-driven and team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license

Outside Sales Representative (1099 Commission Only)

Pure commission structure with 10/60/40 split. No salary, no benefits, but complete flexibility. For experienced pros who want to control their own schedule and maximize their earning potential.
